Suspended Profile... and Appeals tool does not work...?

Hey everyone!

I have created several practitioner profiles for the attorneys of our client, a law firm. They have all been created the same way, but one of them got suspended right away. I cannot find any reason for this, so I have been trying to appeal the suspension via the provided support link(s), i.e., the Google Profile Business Appeals Tool.

I follow the process, select the respective profile, and this is what I get:

I click "Close"...

...and that's it!

I do not even get the OPTION to submit an appeal... Am I doing something wrong??? If I click on the "Learn more about how to appeal...," it just takes me back to the start. I am seriously confused here. Any ideas?

That's the thing... I did not receive any. Would it go to the manager account, or the owner account only?
