Hi! We work with a service business who came to us with an already verified GBP. It's set up (correctly) as a service area business and they are unsure what address it was originally verified with (they've moved a few times). However, the listing was just suspended, and we need to submit documents as part of the appeal. The business is now registered to their current home address. What's the best move when we're unsure if the address on the business documents matches the address the listing was verified with?

I would change the address on the GBP to the current registered address and submit all your documents with that address on it. Explain to Google that you moved addresses and this is your current address and the proof all matches.

Is there a good way to do this? Should we toggle on the address, change it, and then hide the address again? I've heard that it doesn't actually save the change when you do that.

Toggle the address on and change it and then leave it showing. It will not actually change it until it is verified, but it will change it so Google support can see when you submit the appeal. When it is verified, you can remove it.
