GBP Suspended due to Content Violation

I have a client whose GBP was just suspended this morning due to content violations. I've checked their account and don't see any content violations. The only possible problem I see is their address is residential, but it was previously verified and wouldn't appear as a content violation, would it? For now, I'm going to appeal the decision with business documents, but if that fails, are there other options besides switching to an SAB GBP, which would likely harm their performance? In my experience, SAB profiles get significantly less traffic for local businesses.
