Hi. I'm experiencing a problem accessing reviews for 10+ client GBP listings. I'm able to reply to some new reviews, but not all of them. I'm also able to see on the frontend that we have all of our reviews, but I cannot see reviews in Live Search results.

Is anyone else experiencing the same type of issues? How do I resolve the issues?

This is a known Google-side bug right now, not something wrong with your listings or your access. The reviews are all still there and safe, it is purely a display problem in the web dashboard. Two things working for people while it clears: reply from the Google Business Profile app on your phone (different backend, usually still shows the reviews), and the API if you use a tool that connects to it. For any you genuinely can't reach either way, just keep a quick list of the review dates and go back once Google fixes it. Worth telling the affected clients up front that it is a Google glitch and no reviews are lost, so nobody panics. Nothing to fix on your end.
