glitch in the backend of each GBP listing

Hi. I'm experiencing a problem accessing reviews for 10+ client GBP listings. I'm able to reply to some new reviews, but not all of them. I'm also able to see on the frontend that we have all of our reviews, but I cannot see reviews in Live Search results.

Is anyone else experiencing the same type of issues? How do I resolve the issues?

We just had a client reach out with the same issue. We see 600+ reviews that are live, but when he goes to respond it shows 0 reviews to respond to.
