Trying to create a GMB Brand Page

Been searching all over for this, Google removed all references to Brand Pages from business.google.com and I need to set up a client that has multiple brands, we do not want to set up a regular Business page.

Is this possible any more?

You can do this but it goes through Google Plus, not Google My Business: https://support.google.com/plus/answer/1710600?hl=en
