Trying to rank GMB but find it tough

I am trying to rank my GMB above everyone else of course. Anyways.... basically i have a much better site well optimized and just overall a better site so SEM rush says, then i have more citations and more reviews SOMEHOW i still fail to rank highly for "appliance repair". Any ideas?
