Trying to submit a review appeal but the review doesnt show up in the list

Hello,

So, I'm trying to file a review removal request because the person obviously left a review for the wrong business. He mentions a location that my client doesn't have a business in.

I navigate to the Review Report tool but the review doesnt show up.

Here is the review:

They only have one office and its not in Fullerton or Encino. It's in Koreatown.

Can someone assist here. Thanks

Are you sure you are logged into the right account when accessing the tool?

If yes and the review still does not show up, contact support via the general help form and ask them to look into why the review is not showing up in the tool. If you run into a roadblock with support, post your issue with case ID on the GBP community forum.

You should also flag the review in both Google Maps and your GBP dashboard. Ask as many high-level Google accounts (Local Guides) as possible to flag it in Maps too.

Thanks for the response. I ended up giving up and just clicking on the report review from the review list and it's in process now. Thank you

You're welcome. Use the flag method too, sometimes that works!
