Trying to take video for verification, but each time I try to start the video it takes me back to the initial verification page

Currently, I', using Google Maps on my phone to try and take the GBP verification video. I click on my business, then "See Business Profile", then "Get Verified" then "Business Video", then when I click start recording it takes me back to the "Get Verified" page again?

Anyone know what's going on here? I have location services on and tried a different phone. Any help is much appreciated!
