Two locations within 0.5 miles of each other

Hi there

I have a real estate client who is opening a second office within 0.5 miles of the first one. Is it worth creating a Google My Business Listing for it or is there a risk one of them gets filtered out in SERPS?

You're probably safe from the filter being half a mile apart. It partially depends on how competitive that area is. It could certainly compete with your existing listing in some sense. But it's likely worth it if it has the potential of expanding the radius that you are ranking.
