Unknown GMB listing

Hi, we've come across a listing with a spammy/keyword stuffing title that is linking to our customer's website, but no one has ever seen it before nor has access to it. What should we do? Request access and then try to merge the listing with the correct listing?

I would contact GMB support and ask them to merge it. You shouldn't need to verify it first as long as the other one is verified.
