Upload images to a GMB listing straight from desktop, is it new or is it just me?

Spotted this today and wondered if it was new or I'd just missed it.

Users can now upload images to a GMB listing from desktop not just mobile.

when you select you get taken to this upload option:

Seeing it in both Chrome and Opera.

This has been around for a long time, check some screenshots and I see it back in Dec, I think it has been around much longer though.
