Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on using a 301 redirect for a landing page as an initial website link to get the GBP up faster. After the website is fully up then we would change the website link back.

As long as you own the domain for the landing page, and the landing page is clearly for your business, I think it should be fine. But why use a 301 in the first place? You can always just change the website link later.
