We are trying to claim and verify a profile that our client has acquired. BUT.....The Verification # is a Police Dept NOT the profile's number?!
I have informed G responding to their usual auto reply...We provided all the documentation. What on earth? I called the PD and they have no cell#s at the Police Dept. I tried asking them to help and provide the code but there was no way to do so obviously as they have only a landlaine. The # appearing on the profile is a nice older woman's private cell #.
CRAZY!!! I informed Google but still awaiting a response... Any ideas???
