Verification STILL Pending - already contacted support

We submitted this listing for verification and entered the code recieved via postcard over 3 months ago. Since then the list of updates are as follows
March 15, 2021

• Still “pending review”
• Added hours, categories, services, business description etc to further optimize listing per google my business requirements
• Added facility photos - interior/logo

April 8, 2021

• Added exterior/signage facility photos
• Contacted Google support, Case ID is 5-3168000031471.

April 12, 2021

• Google support replied "Thanks for getting in touch. I'm raising your query to a specialist on another team who is best equipped to address your question. You should hear from either them or myself soon."

Since that last update we have no heard anything from Google support and our listing is still unverified. This is severely affecting our company's performance and our potential patients and their families who can not easily find our phone number, website, Google Maps directions, etc.

Please let me know ANYTHING else we can do to move this process along. Any help/feedback is appreciated! Screenshots are included of business listing information and Photos.

@nikbsearching, to what extent have you worked on the non-Google listings? Often it's harder for a new GMB to stick without them.
