Verifying GBP

We do appliance repair and google is now asking for phone #s to verify a GBB to verify with text. Once we do this then they want a video of our business which doesnt make sense since its a service based company. How would you go about this if it is your home? All we have is a wrapped van and parts+ tools. Issue is this takes 3 days once i verify it with a number. We cant even select to verify with postcard and they also gave an option to verify with email which is weird since appliance repair is a spammy category.

Having to do a second layer of verification is fairly common lately. Especially with service area businesses and certain categories.

For the video, just like you said, show them tools of the trade, vehicles, any software that you use to run the business. You can also record an actual job in progress.
