Veteran Owned Attribute keeps getting removed

I have 2 profiles that are Veterans and had Veteran-owned on them and then the accounts had "updates" in them and when I checked Google had removed the attribute and I had to re-add it back.

This is the second time with one of the profiles that I've had to re-add it. We even have a picture of him in uniform on his profile. It's also a profile that Google keeps removing Black-owned from.

Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know if it's a glitch or something that we can do to stop having it removed? It's frustrating.....

Are they using any citation management tools? There could be a data conflict. If not contact support for help.

They don't have any citation management tools connected.

They both just reverted back after my last change to include it. I'll reach out to support. Thanks for your help!
