Has anyone had this experience with Video Verification? We were going through the process for a well established contracting business that does not receive mail, and while we were providing Google Support with the following proof:
- Storefront video
- Video of branded vehicles
- Photos of license plates, tools
Unfortunately, the PIN has timed out and now Google is requesting for us to do the entire process over again by sending out a new PIN.
Is there any way around this? Our client is (rightfully) pretty infuriated, since they have been willing to work with us through this process.
