Hi @patrick71 - Those bullet points summarize the three things you must prove to Google for a successful video verification. The requirement for that first point is to prove your location. Ideally, you'd show street signs, landmarks, nearby businesses, etc., but that's not always feasible.

If you can start in the lobby of the building, show the internal signage, show your business listed on the lobby directory, show the floor counter as you travel in the elevator, show other businesses as you walk to your office, and then show your office signage and suite number before unlocking your office door and entering.

If all of that walking will take too long, maybe start the video in the elevator showing the floor counter just as you arrive at the 12th floor. Is there a 12th-floor directory on the wall as you get off the elevator? Show it. Show other businesses on the floor, etc.

Bottom line: do whatever you can to prove the location of your office by showing interior signage and directories, other businesses, etc.

I've helped dozens of businesses video verify a location in an office tower. This can work!

Hello @Stefan Somborac

Recently I faced a another issue.
A multiple location business - I add 2 additional category in GMB profile. 2 location.

Then both profile are instant want - reverification and video verification don't have any others option also.

Have any previous experience like that?

@patrick71 - Two things:

1.) If you make changes to a profile, Google may ask you to reverify.

"If the details about your business changes, Google may require you to re-verify to maintain the quality of business information."
From Verify your business with a video recording

This is particularly common for address changes.

2.) The verification options you are given are determined by an algorithm. If, for example, the algorithm is confident that the phone number on your profile belongs to your business, you'll be given to option to verify by phone.

"Your verification options can’t be changed because Google’s systems automatically determine and show which methods your business can use."
From Verify your business on Google

When the algorithm doesn't know much about your business, your only option will be video verification. (In my experience, this is very common.)
