We have encountered a serious violation of Google's policies that has remained unaddressed for over a month. It concerns a business profile whose name consists exclusively of prohibited, spam-like keywords:

Using keywords instead of the official business name is a direct violation of Google's policies, which require only the actual business name to be used.
We submitted a complaint via the Redressal form over a month ago (ID: 3-8815000037457), yet we have not received any response. Attempts to manually change the profile name through Google Maps have also failed—the business consistently reverts to the non-compliant name, disregarding any corrections made.
Additionally, this business is actively manipulating reviews, as evidenced by an unnatural spike in the number of reviews at specific times of the day. The profile receives an exceptionally high volume of positive reviews in a short period, strongly suggesting artificial rating inflation. This practice not only misleads users but also creates an unfair advantage over legitimate businesses that follow the rules. We believe this is an additional violation of Google’s policies that requires attention and appropriate action.

We firmly believe that Google Maps should remain a fair platform where policies are upheld and competition is honest. Unfortunately, unresolved violations undermine trust in the platform.
