I'm being told by a Street View photographer that Street View tours can't be published (by the photographer) for at least 1-2 months depending.
This is due to the manual review teams being down. It sounds like the Street View moderators are not active right now.
I don't know if anyone has clients who are in this process but I just wanted to update everyone.
It is still unknown if users can upload the 360 tours themselves if they get the files from the photographer.
