Weird SERPS

So when I search for my clients terms (they are dentists), google is showing really weird page titles in the SERPs.

Anyone else experience this?

So one search was [city] dentist

and the result for their homepage title in the SERPS was...
[city] dental office and that's it.

This is not in the meta title at all.

Any thoughts???

Mike, I've been noticing odd results as well with dentists and orthodontists. Random cities have been showing up.

June 27,28,29 and 30 had some weird fluctuations. Usually when I see this Google is just in the process of tweaking algos. Have not noticed what you are seeing... Honestly, I think Google is a closet drinker and just gets sloppy once and a while.
