In terms of optimizing a home page or website for LOCAL SEO (not traditional on-page tactics like keywords in page titles/meta descriptions), what are some that you focus on in 2020?

Links to GMB profile?
Reviews on the home page?
City and state in page titles?
NAP in schema.org/microformat?

Definitely put city/state in the titles, description but also in the content as well. I'd also say optimizing for near me terms works really well.
