What i should be doing to optimise my gmb for geo and aeo

Hasn't been GMB for years. It's now called GBP.

And GEO and SEO doesn't apply. You can't 'rank' a GBP in the same way you can a website. All you can really do is make sure all the relevant details are correct and up to date and then collect reviews (which is really important)
