When creating department listings, does the department need to have its own URL?

I want to create department listings for a business but I'm not sure if it's okay to have them link to the same location URL.

For example:
Bank => example.com/location
Department 1 => example.com/location
Department 2 => example.com/location

Ideally it should point to a unique URL. However, if the name, category and phone number are different you should be ok.
