Why Does Google Keep Changing Category to Medical Clinic?

Hello,

Several of my client's GBP locations have had their Primary Category changed to Medical Clinic from Audiologist. Is anyone else having this issue? I had a few ideas, one being that the office is located in a larger medical facility. But that's not the case with a couple of the locations, they have stand-alone brick and mortars and are not affiliated with medical clinics.
Second thought - I was wondering if Google would pull info from the schema on the website and make changes?

I've seen a few cases of this exact thing happening recently. Was Medical Clinic listed as a secondary category?

No, Medical Clinic was not a secondary category. Hearing Aid Store and Hearing Aid Repair are the secondary categories.
