Will adding new categories trigger mail confirmation?

Hi Everyone!

Wanted to update some of the categories on one of my clients listing but don't know if it'll trigger mail confirmation. Any suggestions?

Category edits have never triggered verifications. At least from my experience.

However, might want to keep an eye on this post at the Google and Your Business Forum - https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!searchin/business/elena/business/RpqEWPfljb0/ZFO9LbSRE7oJ

Some edits to the categories and description, which normally don't trigger a verification, seem to be triggering a verification in this case.
