Will adding a secondary category that requires a physical location trigger re-verification for main service based category?

I have a client whose main category is Alternative medicine practitioner. It is a Canadian service-based business.
I would like to add a secondary category of Wellness Centre since she is expanding her operation to include other practitioners. However, I will need to add a physical location (see screenshot). There is an address we can add but I am wondering will this trigger re-vertification? Making the listing drop in the ranks for Alternative medicine practitioner until it is verified?
