Just posted this to my blog (see my sig) as well - A new AdWords Display ad template has left beta, and its designed to make location extension ads easier to use in Display campaigns. This joins the automated locations ads and phone extension ads in Display campaigns. In this case, location Display ads will be driven by your location extensions.
