I gave the same info to several providers then worked with the one I got on the best with. My writer was a Premium but now moved up to Elite and love his work. The only way to have quality focused pieces of content would be to do the same and pay more to get better content.

The best way would be for owner to have a Google Trusted Photographer shoot the new building and this would show the new logo outside, this would be available on Maps and Google+ Local etc. Google will reshoot the street view in the future but do not give any time scales as to when that will...
