Looking for guidance on Review management, specifically should we reply to 1-2 star reviews when the reviewer leaves no comments? Does anyone have a link to solid guidelines or best practices for Google Reviews responses in general? Thank you.

Solution
You need to reply to each and every single review. The goal is to show potential customers that you engage with the business profile and to try and resolve the complaint. The best course of action is to ask them to contact the business so that they can have their issue resolved.

What's your advice on reviews of over 2 years old... still address them? Thank you for your help.

I wouldn't go past 3 months since consumers discount reviews older than 3 months. Reply to an old review could end up upsetting the person. Think of it as water under the bridge.
