Access Woes: Unable to Edit Products on Google Business Profile

I am unable to edit the products on Google Business Profile. It shows 'Request access to Merchant Center (Business Name)'. I requested access to the Merchant Center admin, but I haven't received any response even after 7 days. It says to request again, and I did, but still no response. I myself publish products using the products section from GBP, but now I am unable to make edits. We never set up the Merchant Center for this client. Here is the current screenshot for your reference.
