We have a review left by an elderly customer who accidentally left a one star rating while researching our company. No review just a one star rating. I know he is not unhappy with us because has placed a large order with us and expressed his happiness of working with us. The bad news is he just can't seem to figure out how to undo the rating. Any advice?
