Adding G+ managers

To add a manager to a location:
1. Do they need to have a gmail email?
2. Do they have to have a g+ account?

I believe you can add any email address as a manager. As for the owner, I would recommend having a domain based email for the ownership. Something like info@domain.com or contact@domain.com.

Thanks I already check that page and no info about emails or if they need g+ accounts. I will be the owner and i need to add someone but not sure what directions I send them to do it.

As the owner, all you have to do is invite that email address to become manager through the settings in the GMB dash. They will get an email with the invitation to become manager. All they will have to do is accept it and then they will be able to access the GMB dash using their own login info.
