Adding WhatsApp contact to GBP

Is the WhatsApp/SMS functionality (for GBP) not rolled out quite yet? I cannot see on my profile where the "chat" option is available. Any input would be great!

I have had the 'Chat' feature since November 12. Yesterday I implemented it for the first time and I have to wait for it

I'm just not seeing that "chat" box you show when I go to a profile then choose:

Edits / Contact......

It should appear after the ‘Phone number’ field. I'm not sure if it's available to everyone at the moment. But you could open a ticket to support to find out or post it in the community.

It might not available in GBP profile. But if it appears in the contact information section below the phone number option.

All I am seeing is "Phone Number"......The "Chat" option below "Phone Number" is not showing on ANY profiles...

Fascinating, 'cause it's now showing up for us in Quebec. We were initially confused 'cause that section is oddly enough titled "MI" in French and we were like "What does Michigan has to do with it??"
