Any advice on order of priority for GBP updates I need to make?

Working on a GBP in need of TLC. Things that need to be added/updated:

1. website link is currently http, would like to change to https version. Worth it?
2. add phone number
3. add secondary categories
4. add services
5. add products
6. add description
7. add opening date
8. update business hours
9. add photos and videos
10. add posts
11. reply to reviews
12. add physical address (but, see below context)

With all the suspensions lately, I am worried to do any of this. What order or of priority would you do these?

Prior to taking over this GBP, it was suspended on 1/21/26 for changing from service area to a real physical storefront address that the business services customers at. The suspension was appealed with proof of photos of the business, along with proof of business license, ID, insurance, and utility bill and appeal was denied on 1/27/26. Posted to Google forum on 1/29, advised to file second appeal and got GBP back on 2/3. Once it was no longer suspended, owner immediately removed physical address, returned to service area, for fear of being suspended again. So, this GBP is currently a service area only, even though it has a physical storefront, and I would like to add the address back. But that feels too risky.

** this GBP has 155 reviews, 5 star rating, and averages 1-2 reviews/week for last 18 months.

ETA: a duplicate GBP was created in the midst of the suspension with a different gmail account, using same business name, which was just successfully deleted on 4/10 thanks to @keyserholiday

Darren from WS posted a great Youtube video last year about what aspects of the GBP to prioritize. Note: To be safe, I recommend not making more than 1 change to the GBP within 24 hours.

Suspensions are tough, but sounds like you made progress and got the GBP successfully reinstated with the address. I would've kept it with the address visible since that is the most accurate representation of the business (i.e. they are not an SAB) based on what you said. Since you have changed it back to being set up with service areas, I would wait 30 days or so (to avoid another suspension) and then maybe try making the address visible again.

Add secondary category
If need be, add services
Add photos

If you don’t sell products, don’t add them. The Business description doesn’t impact the rankings or performance. Only reply to reviews posted within the past two months.

I'd wait a few minutes between each edit, as making more than one edit at the same time can trigger a need to reverify or a suspension.
