Are Fake Reviews Being Preemptively Removed by Google from LSA Accounts?

I am hearing chatter that Google removed fake reviews on LSA accounts today. I know that on Monday, June 12th, Google was going to stop showing LSA ads that violated the TOS. Is this a preemptive strike?

I am not seeing all LSA reviews are missing. Some of the usual suspects buying fake reviews are not showing up. Is this a bug, or working as intended?
