The account is for a 1,000 parking garages. We are not front facing for the parking garage owners. Is this perhaps the reason the accounts keep getting disabled? The email message is " your business is not eligible for a business profile" I'm sure there are tips and tricks to doing this efficiently but we are just not experienced enough to know. Are their tools we should use or is there enterprise help with Google

Thanks Joy, it's a big mess because ownership is all over the place. When we attempt to bulk verify they get disabled so we are rethinking our strategy.
 
Update!! We finally got the bulk verification approved by Google for 566 locations. When we used a tool to update the categories all of the locations flipped to unverified.

Google support says:

"In order to verify your profiles, you need to perform live video call over 10% of the business profiles.

Once you are done with that we might verify the rest of the profiles, in one go, without any user intervention."

Any suggestions for a speedy resolution or any expert intervention with Google Support available?

We have experienced that once as well. It is very rare. This happens (mostly) when you change the URL in bulk, Google does not like that. We raised hell through the support queue and supplied what they wanted, but 10% video verification seems an absurd ask. I might be able to through our partner manager at Google Maps.
 
Yeah, changing the primary category across all listings would definitely be a change that could trigger a reverification. Do you have the support ticket in your email for the original case where they agreed to bulk verfiy you? I would try responding to that and telling them you lost your status due to this change which you didn't realize was a big deal (the categories are pretty similar) and see if they can resubmit it.
