I am working with a member of mine who is trying to get Local Service Ads up and running. They are located in the US.

They are having trouble getting the background checks done. They are at the part of the process where they need to send the background checks to the technicians, but the technicians never get the emails.

Has anyone ever had this happen? If so, did you find out what the issue was / how to get around it?

Any help would be appreciated!

Hey Nick, have you already tried contacting Evident support? With this option selected.
