This is a new one for me. I have a plastic surgeon who has been doing surgery vids on TikTok Live (not what I recommended BTW). All with the consent of the patients, staff, etc. However, people have been leaving him 1 star reviews for doing this. As an example:
"Absolutely terrible people. They get on social media live and talk down on their customers. Never get any work done here the workers brag about free surgery they’ve gotten here and talk down on their own work. Just embarrassing."
Of course, the surgeon wants it, and others, gone. I'm honestly not sure if the review is even eligible to be on there. I know a phone call is sufficient for someone to leave a review, but simply watching a video?
Thoughts?
