Man. I hope that gets overturned.

"Free speech" in any other medium can become libel or slander. Yelp can't call itself a place that allows free speech and not admit that people can use it to libel businesses and people. Yelp has no problem removing other reviews. They can't only care about the content of reviews when it's convenient.

Isn't there a clause that got put into legislation years ago that allows sites like that to not be responsible for what other people say on their platform?
Until that piece of legislation is overturned or tweaked, none of these platforms are going to be as responsible as they should be.
