BrightLocal's 2025 Review Study is out.

Consumers check at least two review sites
Consumers ignore highlighted reviews
Consumers focus on reviews posted within a month.

There is more information, but I wanted to highlight these three points since they get brought up frequently.
 
My favorite nuggets:
  • The doubling (5%->9%) of people saying that star rating doesn't influence their decision.
  • Confidence about having seen fake reviews goes down over time for big platforms, but up for small ones
  • Last year (that particular stat is not given for this year), over 80% of people said they thought businesses should respond to all reviews. However, year-over-year, over 40% of people are still "fairly to highly likely" to go to a business that doesn't respond at all to reviews
