Business Description & Multiple Location GMB

Is it okay to have the same business description for multiple GMB pages for the same business? I want to make sure there are no cons in doing so, and that is considered best practices for Google guidelines, etc.

Same description is fine, but I would recommend different Names and maintain separate NAP consistency for different GMB pages

It's fine to do but not the best way to go about it since that's your chance to personalize it to that specific area. It's worth to put the extra effort for long term gains on traffic.
