When updating categories and the website URL for department profiles, both department listings got unverified. Since we are an agency managing profiles for our client remotely, we are not able to complete a video verification to re-verify these listings in our account. Submitted a ticket to GBP support, and received an automated email with links to resources (screensbot below) and which does not allow replies. Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Is this a common bug? How can we get these listing re-verified? Thank you!
