Hello! My business name is Discount Water Heaters on Google and for all of my citations including Facebook. But when I try to sign up for IG or LinkedIn my business name is already taken.

Will putting "official" or anything other words with my business name mess with my NAP consistency?

Thanks!

Solution
I'm pretty sure that the username on any social platform should not affect the consistency of the NAP.

It's satisfying when you get the username you want lol, but it's not always possible, what I usually do is to use the website domain as username and if it's not available I add the state, for example: myfavoriteplumberaz

Hope that helps :)

Yep - totally agree. I had to do Sterling Sky SEO on a few sites instead of just "Sterling Sky" and also didn't even get "Joy Hawkins" on some. It doesn't matter - just go with the shortest/easiest variation.
