I have a client with 2 distinct, actual physical locations - BUT they use a single phone number for both locations. You call the number and press 1 for location A and press 2 for location B.

Thoughts on how to best handle this for local SEO?

Thanks!

This simplest answer would be have them get a separate local number for the second location. That's the ideal solution anyway.

That was my thinking too. Just too much room for confusing citations to have 2 addresses sharing the same phone number.

Thanks!

I agree with Scott :)
