Hi folks-
We're getting ready to run a PPC campaign for a client and signed up for call tracking with a company called Call Rail. They use a js code that finds each instance of the real phone number and changes it to the dynamic call tracking number.
I know that it's important that the call tracking number does not get scraped by Google et al.
Since we use schema markup on the website, we need to make sure the schema phone is the true local number.
I was thinking about placing the schema markup in the metadata.
Has anyone had experience with this? Suggestions?
