I have a client telling me they have more verified locations than what I can see in their account. They say they're nearly all the way verified, but I'm seeing the opposite. I've racked my brain trying to figure out how this could be possible. I have ownership access to their locations, we're aligned on the number of locations. Is there something I'm missing? Is it possible that the client is seeing the status as "verified" for the same locations where I'm seeing "verification required?"
It's hard to say for sure but what I would do is try and get them on to the computer and have them do a screenshare. That would save any guesswork.
