Can I have a perminant CALL NOW button as part of the Three-pack?

I can no longer see the "Call Now" telephone icon on GMB?
I understand that there is a new functionality within Posts - Call To Action.
However, that expires after seven days... and it is placed way below the listing, not at the top of the Three-Pack.

Is there a way to add a permanent Phone icon next to the Website / Directions icons?
I have noticed that there are now a couple of additions for Restaurants (Delivery / Order) ... but I am not a restaurant ...

It should always be there, but it could vary depending on where you are seeing the listing (maps app vs mobile browser) and the query that you are searching. Can you share the business details so we can take a look?

It doesn't appear for me in the UK. I only get Directions and Website buttons.
Not on Maps (on PC) or on Tablet.

It was only on my Tablet/PC where I couldn't see it.
