Cancelled Apps for Business, now Can't access GMB

Has this happened to anyone else, and how can I restore this?

I can no longer access my GMB pages, or log into Google+ after deactivating Google Apps for Biz (switched to 365).

Can't in Admin console, and google says I need to sign up for a service to access support.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

..maybe if I sign up again for Apps it'll return.

It's not even available in the Admin console. It's super weird.
